A New Approach to Employability .

My name is Andy Fosterjohn, and I live in Wales, but I am also everywhere.

I used to be a careers adviser, lecturer and trainer of careers advisers, and have worked for a number of charities, including Barnardos, Shaw Trust, Rathbone, and Chwarae Teg.

I’m currently working as a freelance consultant and writer, on a number of projects in Wales, across the borderline in Shropshire, and also in the West Midlands.

I have developed an effective new innovative approach to employability training and support.
